Prior to moving to your service I had service through a provider which, after paying for a full year's service, shut down their operations prior to the end of the year's contract. I searched the internet for quality service providers and found your company's name listed. Since switching over to you I have found both the quality of service to be excellent and the pricing to be at a reasonable level for the level of services I receive.
If and when I have had any questions about my service, customer service has always been available, pleasant and helpful. The few times I have had technical concerns, they were addressed in a timely manner and any issues addressed effectively. The availability of a virtual number allows me to receive calls from Germany without anyone there knowing I am actually located in the US. I can order items for my apartment in Berlin and give them a local number to reach me, a concept which they may not fully understand but it works, seamlessly.
I intend to remain a customer for as long as you provide the services and may consider increasing the number of phone lines connected to your service.
My call to you this morning again reflects the pleasant nature of my contacts with customer service. It is rare in today's market to have this level of quality in all areas. Congratulations to you and to the whole team at VoIP Your Life!

" Life as I knew it changed when I found VoIP Your Life. My first surprise was having my phone call immediately answered by someone in the United States who actually wanted to help me and knew how to do it. The price was the lowest I had encountered with more features than anyone offered. I was blown away that I could pick a local number from most any place on the globe, including every Canadian area code, all at no extra charge. But I've got a pretty complicated LAN at home, so I knew I’d have an install question or two. I am still shocked at the response. Not only did tech support answer on the second ring, late at night on a Sunday without voice mail menus or prerecorded anything, but when they couldn't answer one of my questions they said they'd have someone get back to me. Boy did they! Within an hour, an officer in the company responded with everything I needed to be talking in minutes. I thought it was too good to be true. But now a year later, I know it's the real deal. I'd recommend VoIP Your Life without reservation to anyone. I'll stake my reputation on it. I've never seen lower prices or higher commitment. These guys deliver what they promise, reliable phone service at a price far less than what the traditional phone company charges.
